We invite you to attend F1RST: The Masters Thesis showcase presentations of the inaugural graduating class of the MFA in Products of Design program.
The day will kick off with opening remarks from Allan Chochinov, chair of the program, followed by a Keynote talk from from celebrated author and social theorist Douglas Rushkoff, author of over a dozen bestselling books including Present Shock: When Everything Happens Now.
Following the keynote, the 15 graduating masters students will each present their year-long thesis work, comprised of research, artifacts, services and platforms.
The day will be punctuated by (deliciously) catered breaks, as well as a champagne reception at the close of the day.
We welcome guests in all facets of design and innovation, including designers, entrepreneurs, teachers, advocates, journalists and cultural critics.
