Jay Parkinson is a physician in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and the founder of Hello Health, a novel way of experiencing healthcare via a Facebook-like platform that uses office visits, email, instant messaging and video chat to restore the traditional doctor-patient relationship. Jay also co-founded The Future Well, a health-focused creative consultancy that draws on his experience as a doctor to design innovative products and services that create health and happiness. Jay has spoken at meetings of The Clinton Global Initiative, PopTech, The Guardian Activate Summit, Gov 2.0, California Chronic Health Foundation, and the British Medical Journal. His writing has been published in BusinessWeek, Design Observer, and GOOD.
