Jennifer Dunnam

Jennifer Dunnam is a Product Designer and Experience Strategist currently living in New York City. Jennifer’s designs and research span across markets and industries with clients that include GSMA, United Nations OCHA, Intuit, General Electric, and Waste Management. Jennifer recently served as an Associate Creative Director at frog where she led an interdisciplinary team to uncover insights on human behavior while creating product and service ecosystems that align business strategy with customer needs. In April 2016, Jennifer shifted her focus to the start-up world, joining TeachersPayTeachers and leading an initiative to evolve and expand their core product of peer-to-peer resource exchange among educators. More recently, Jennifer has joined the experimental team at Google Creative Lab to articulate new ideas around communication and connectivity. Jennifer is an avid writer and speaker on human-centered design and technology. Jennifer’s work has been exhibited at the Venice Biennale, MoMA, and Singapore Art Museum and her writings on design and technology have been published by Fast Company, the Architectural League of New York, and MIT Press. Jennifer has a Master’s Degree in Architecture from MIT.
