Jennifer van der Meer

Jen van der Meer is the Founder and CEO of Reason Street, where she teaches people and organizations how to build business models for measurable social impact. Prior to Reason Street, Jen held executive management roles at Organic, Frog Design, and Luminary Labs where she became known for her ability to lead profitable growth. Her social data and community company, Drillteam was acquired by Dachis Group (now Sprinklr). 

Jen is an angel investor, and is an advisor to several companies in health, social, and environmental impact. She is a co-founder at BuildForward, whose mission is to promote the highest energy standards possible in the building community. In addition to her role as Adjunct Professor at SVA's PoD, she is an Adjunct Professor at  NYU ITP, where she runs the ITP Pitchfest, teaches Lean Launchpad, and serves as a Judge and Mentor for multiple NYU Entrepreneurship programs and competitions. She writes and speaks on the topic of decoding business model knowledge for courageous leaders, and you can follow Jen's work at ReasonStreet.co.

Jen received her BA from Trinity College, and her MBA from HEC in France.
