Sinclair Smith

Sinclair Smith is a Brooklyn-based industrial designer. His studio, Sinclair Smith & Co., has provided strategic consulting services for clients including PSFK, Amex, BMW and Samsung, product design services for Disney, Microsoft and Svbscription, and retail interiors for DKNY, Staple Design and Dolce Vita Footwear. Sinclair holds a BFA in film production from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and worked in the film industry before pursuing a masters of industrial design from Pratt Institute, where he has been an instructor since 2014. Sinclair serves on the board of trustees of the Brooklyn Waldorf School and is a co-founder of Modern Primitive Exchange. He makes music as much as possible.
