In 2020, Heath launched his eponymous line of sterling tableware and jewelry partially out of his inability to host regular dinner parties, and as an outlet for his vast skillset. It has regularly been featured in T Magazine, Architectural Digest, and Elle Decoration, and he holds stockists in NY, London, and Paris. Each piece is created using traditional techniques and is produced to order by Heath. His aim is to create objects that bring joy to dining.
