Cordy Swope leads an interdisciplinary team at J&J Design called Insights & Experience Strategy (IXS) whose remit is to bring care-centered design across Johnson & Johnson’s 3 sectors: consumer, medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
Previously Cordy led global teams at IDEO and Continuum in creating new offerings for diverse clients. Additionally, his teams pioneered using design thinking methods on organizational transformation initiatives – thus helping many Fortune 500 companies become more innovative. His past clients include: BASF, BMW, Eli Lilly, GE, Nokia, P&G, Mercedes, Novartis and Siemens.
His work has won awards in the US and Europe, and has appeared in MoMA.
